1. Nature of Service
Keystone Habits provides peer-led recovery coaching and educational resources. We are not medical professionals. Our services do not constitute medical advice, therapy, or clinical treatment. You agree that you are using our services at your own risk and are responsible for your own health decisions.
2. Membership & Payments
Subscriptions: Monthly and Annual memberships are billed in advance and will automatically renew unless canceled.
Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at any time through your account portal or by contacting us. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
Coaching Sessions: 1-on-1 sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited session fee.
3. Intellectual Property
The "7-Day Keystone Kit," our tracking templates, and all website content are the property of Keystone Habits. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from Keystone habits Founder.
4. Community Conduct (The "Huddle" Rules)
To maintain a safe environment in our WhatsApp group and coaching sessions, you agree to:
Confidentiality: What is shared in the huddle stays in the huddle.
Respect: No harassment, hate speech, or promotion of illegal activities.
Safety: We reserve the right to remove any member from the community, without refund, if their behavior threatens the safety or recovery of other members.
5. Limitation of Liability
Keystone Habits and its coaches (including Adam) shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to relapse, health complications, or loss of data.
