Scope of Practice: I am a Recovery Coach, not a psychotherapist or medical doctor. We deal in life strategies, habit formation, and actionable momentum. We do not provide mental health diagnoses or clinical therapy. If your needs exceed the scope of coaching, I will support you in finding the appropriate medical resources.

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our 7-Day Kit intake forms, membership sign-ups, and coaching sessions. This may include:

• Contact information (Name, Email, Phone Number).

• Personal history related to substance use and recovery goals.

• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your credit card details).

Third-Party Service Integration: To provide you with seamless recovery coaching and integrated support services, we partner with Practice Better. When you utilize these integrated services, specific personal data (such as your name, contact information, and session details) may be shared with the platform provider in accordance with their privacy policy. We only share the minimum necessary data required to facilitate these services. We encourage you to review Practice Better's Privacy Policy to understand how they manage and protect your data.

Data Security & HIPAA Alignment: We take the security of your information seriously. While Keystone Habits is committed to protecting your privacy, please note that we operate as a coaching service, not a licensed healthcare entity. However, we strive to maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with HIPAA standards to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your information. For services integrated with third-party platforms that act as Business Associates, we ensure that Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are in place to uphold rigorous data protection protocols.
